Fit Life LLC FAQ's
1. What exercise equipment do I need? The only piece of equipment you need are a good pair of running shoes. For all elements of Fit Life's
program no other equipment is required. To get even more out of your training there are suggested exercises utilizing a pair of dumbbells and an
exercise ball (but note that these are not required). Additionally, for comfort, some people purchase an exercise mat.
2. Do your programs require a gym membership? No, Fit Life is not affiliated with any gym. My goal is to provide you with fitness skills and
knowledge so that you can take what you learn from me and utilize it whenever and wherever!
3. What do your programs entail? My programs combine 4 key elements to living a fit life: Cardio, Strength , Flexibility & Nutrition. After learning
your goals and more information about you, I create a customized day to day workout program for a specified period of time (8 weeks, 12 weeks, etc).
4. Would you provide me with routine exercise? Yes, I would provide you with a day to day workout program that is specific towards achieving
your goal. Throughout the course of each week you will do a specific cardio workout, strength exercises and stretching exercises that are specific to
achieving your goals.
5. Would you provide me with specific information what to eat and not to eat? Yes, I provide nutritional information and offer advice and
suggestions in regards to your current eating habits if requested.
7. How flexible is your training schedule? Your program is completely custom for you depending on various factors such as time & other
obligations. So I work with you to determine what time you can realistically put into it.
8. Do you offer any in person fitness coaching or is it all done online? I offer local personal fitness training to those living in the Minneapolis - St.
Paul, MN area. Outside of that area is all done online. For personal training information, please click on the tab called "Personal Training."
9. Do you have a facility to work out at? With the Fit Life custom programs, you workout on your own wherever you would like. That is the beauty
of the program - learning how to workout on your own without the needs, hassles and added costs of going to a gym. For information on my personal
training services, please click on the tab called "Personal Training."
10. Do you charge by the hour for your personal training sessions? No, I charge by the workout regardless of how long it takes. If someone wants
me to join them for their 3 hour 20 mile long run, that would be the same charge as a 1 hour strength and stabilization workout. The idea is to get the
workout in, not stop because the time is up!
