What is a Fit Life custom fitness program?  It is a fitness training schedule that I have customized for you that
will get you to achieve your goals.  Whether your goal is increased lean muscle mass, general fitness, body fat
reduction or a specific performance goal, I can help get you there.  I take into account your current fitness levels,
health/fitness history, life schedule, fitness interests, nutrition and much more.  This dynamic program is then given
to you for immediate use.  You will perform the workouts on your own time wherever you want.  Throughout the
program, you and I will remain in contact to assess workouts, educate and keep you accountable.  Remember that I
can give you all of the tools but you need to do your part as well.  If necessary, we will adjust the program to keep
you healthy and on target.  Pricing and Durations are laid out below.

For those clients in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Area:  In addition to the custom fitness programs, I also offer
personal training services in which we can meet one on one.  If you have a custom training program you can
receive personal training sessions for $30 each.  If you are interested in personal training without the custom

Once you have chosen a program, here are the next steps:
1.  Paperwork completed via email
2.  Payment completed via Pay Pal or check
3.  Fitness Assessment is completed (Questionaire and Physiologic)
4.  Fit Life Program is created and you begin!
5.  If coach program is chosen, we maintainn contact via email
throughout duration of program.
